Steps to make Delicious and mouthwatering paneer labbadar:
  1. First we make puree of onion tomato.so take a pan heat it up add 1 tsp oil when the oil heat then add cumin seed,cloves and saute for a few sec then add our onion saute till colour change.then add roughly chopped tomatoes and add cashew saute for a sec then add red chilli pwder 1tsp and salt acc to taste.and cook till it become mashy..after it cooked then cooled down and make a puree. And keep it aside
  2. On the other side take a pan heat it up add 2 tbsp oil and 1 tbsp butter.when they melt thenadd kashmiri red chilli pwder for a gud colour.then add our blended paste
  3. Then cook for a second then add all the species and cook iT till it releasing it oil..then open the lid and add 2 tbsp fresh cream and give it a good stir
  4. While we make the puree we aur not adding water..so now we add 2-3 tbspof water.and cook it for a 5 min.then add our grated paneer for a creamy texture and add dry fengureek.leaves.it enhances the flavour of our gravy. Mix all toghter..
  5. If you think that our gravy is too thick then add half cup of water or how much thickness you want.after 1 boiling in a gravy add our paneer..and cook. Again for a few sec…
  6. Now its ready while you serving sabzi add more grated paneer if you want and add fresh coriander leaves..my hubby dont prefer coriander leaves..
  7. You can enjoy it with naans,chapati,rice.I hope you all like it
