- Take boiled potatoes mash add carrots, capsicum and peas (boiled), carrots and capsicums raw in very small pieces, ginger, green chillies and coriander leaves (finely chopped) put salt, red chilli powder, garam masala, chaat masala, amchur powder, jeera powder and bread crumbs mix evenly and make small balls, take maida add salt and make mixture, dip the balls in it and roll on the bread crumbs, refrigerate for some time and then fry.
