- Heat oil in a wok add chopped onions let it fry till golden brown. Separate it on plate.
- Now add tomatoes, ginger garlic paste fry it. Add dry spices.
- Add chickpeas and fry it on medium heat.
- Add salsa in it and let it cook for 5mins. Because chickpeas are already boiled.
- Now in other wok spread boiled rice. Then layer of gravy.
- Then spread fried onions and mint leaves.
- Add some color and sliced chilli. Let it simmer for 5mins.
