  1. Put Ghee in a big microwave safe bowl and melt it for 1 minute.Add gram flour and semolina and microwave it for 2 minutes. Repeat this step for 3-5 times but take it out for every 1 minute.
  2. Stir it every time and microwave it. You will feel good aroma of gram flour. But be careful at last 1 to 2 minutes. you need to keep and eye as it can get burnt.
  3. Take it out and let it cool completely. Mix sugar and cardamom powder to it and mix it well.
  4. Take lime size ball from the mixture and start rolling it in your palm and make cute little ladoos. Sprinkle some chopped pistachios or almonds.
  5. The besan must have a glossy look so keep adding very little ghee every time as doing microwave 2-3 makes it bit dry.
