The ingredients needed to make Super Herbal Tea:
- Take 1 litre water or blanching/boiling liquid
- Prepare 3 stems fresh rosemary
- Take 1 medium ginger root, chopped. Peeling optional
- Take 1 tablespoon dried mint
- Get 1 tablespoon loose tea
- Prepare To taste sugar/honey and lemon
Steps to make Super Herbal Tea:
- Boil rosemary, mint, and ginger in the liquid for few minutes depending on how strong you want it. More strength requires more minutes eg 10 min.
- Switch off heat and add loose tea to steep for a few minutes depending on desired strength.
- Add sugar/honey and lemon to taste.
- You can serve this hot or as ice tea. I prefer to put it in the fridge and serve as ice tea. It is also perfect mixed with fruit juices or in smoothies.
- UPDATE: Good news! The tea can take milk without cuddling it! Just leave out the lemon of course LOL! I'm enjoying mine with miraru banana.
