- Second way of doing this is by heating the olive oil on a medium heat in a small saucepan, then add the garlic, fry less than a minute, add the coriander fry less than a minute again. Turn heat off and add in the lemon juice.
- Either way, drizzle over the salmon and serve immediately.
Pat salmon dry and season well with kosher salt, and place on the prepared pan. Now, pour the tasty lemon-garlic sauce all over the salmon evenly. Sprinkle with lemon zest, salt and pepper.
