  3. Add you H&S Chicken fry mix
  4. Now mix!
  5. Now add in your water slowly at a time making sure not too make it too runny (It should be thick)
  6. Put to the side and peel Potatos, and slice into circles
  7. Now submerge potatoes into the Gram flour mix we made earlier!
  8. And place into heated oil
  9. Flip, and when golden on both sides (if it goes slightly more Brown than that is fine!), take out and place onto a tissue to drain out excess oil!
  10. Do this for all of your slices!
  11. Crunchy and bite sized heaven!
