Pineapple pachadi, also known as Mathura curry (sweet curry), is quite popular and is generally served in wedding feasts. Instructions to make Pineapple Pachhadi:
- Grind the ingredients listed under 'grind' to a fine paste adding little water and kp aside
- Chop the pineapple and banana to small pieces.
- Cook the pineapple pieces adding 1.5 cup water, red chilli and turmeric powder….
- When it's cooked and soft add 1tbsp sugar now add banana pieces and cook for 2mins dein add grapes.immediately add the ground paste and stir.add salt and do the taste check.you can add more sugar if want… (It's a sweet and mildly spicy dish) and let the ground mixture seep into the fruits and boil nicely…. Once done swicth off the flame….
- Now take a pan pour oil and put mustard seeds let it splutter now add dry red chillies and curry leaves….when it's aromat pour it onto the pineapple pacchadi and mix.
