Mix all of them to a non-sticky dough. If the dough turns sticky, then add more bread crumbs to absorb excess moisture. Let cool and use as filling for parathas or samosas. Also tasty on it's own, or shaped into cakes and pan-fried.

  1. In a bowl add all the dry ingredients and mix.then add the green chillies,oil and the vegetable curry and mix well.mix the curry well in the flour and then add little bit of water at a time and make a medium soft dough.it should not be sticking to the bowl or your hands.
  2. Let the dough rest for 10 minutes.then take lemon size ball of the dough and make a round ball in your hand.and using some dry flour role out the paratha.
  3. In a nonstick skillet or tava when it is hot put the rolled out paratha and dry roast it till firm. Then flip to the other side and brush with oil or ghee on one side and flip to the other side and roast till golden.do the same on other side and your paratha is ready to eat.
  4. Note:- the dry the curry you will need more water to make the dough.if you add more water by mistake just add more flour.or your dough is to stiff then add little bit of water at a time to make the dough soft.
  5. Enjoy your paratha as a breakfast or with a main meal.
