Instructions to make Dinner Platter:
  1. Make wheat flour dough, keep it aside for 10 mins.
  2. For curd:- Take 1cup curd add chopped onions, boiled potatoes cut in a small piece, chilli powder, cumin powder and black salt.
  3. Heat the oil in a pressure cooker put chopped onions cook for 2 mins.
  4. Then add chopped potatoes, brinjal, tomato and all the spices.
  5. Cover the lid and cook up to 3 whistles.
  6. Vegetable is ready, now make chapati and serve with curd and pickle.
