- In pressure cooker heat ghee or oil
- Add cardamon, cinnamon cloves tej patta.
- As soon as it splutter, add onion and saute till golden brown.
- Add ginger garlic paste
- Add tomatoes saute for few seconds and all veggies
- Add garam masala, turmeric and salt.mix well
- Add two cups of water. Cook for two whistle.
- Wait upto pressure releases. Serve hot.
