- Now take A big bowl put all grated veggies, add 3-4 teaspoons ginger garlic paste, salt and cornflour mix well with your hands.
- Heat oil for deep frying. Apply little oil on your palms and make. Small round balls and fry in small batches of 6-7 every time and keep aside.
- Now take A pan heat 2-3 teaspoons oil. Put finely chopped spring onions and grated cabbage and capsicum. Stir fry. Add ginger-garlic paste, soya sauce, chilli sauce and A few drops of vinegar. Mix well and add the fried balls stir well so that all the ingredients blend well. Serve hot.
