  2. Take For Vegetables:
  3. Make ready 2 Onions
  4. Prepare 1/2 Capsicum
  5. Get 1 Carrot
  6. Take 1 cup Cabbages
  7. Get Handful Coriander leaves
  8. Prepare For Sauces:-
  9. Get 1 tsp Soya sauce
  10. Take 1 tsp Vinegar
  11. Prepare As per taste Green chilli sauce
  12. Make ready As per taste Red chilli powder
  13. Make ready 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  14. Prepare As per taste Salt
  15. Get 1 tsp Garam masala
Instructions to make Veg noodles:
  1. Take water into dish add some salt and oil and heat the water for about 5 minutes and add the raw noodles
  2. Cut the vegetables as shown in the image
  3. Add all the veggies one by one and saute them till it becomes soft and crispy. Then add ginger garlic paste and saute it again.
  4. Then add salt, vinegar, red chilli sauce, green chilli sauce, soya sauce, garam masala and mix it well.
  5. Stir the noodles firmly on high flame.
  6. Garnish it with some onions and coriander.
  7. Serve hot with tomato sauce or ketchup.
