- Take For Vegetables:
- Make ready 2 Onions
- Prepare 1/2 Capsicum
- Get 1 Carrot
- Take 1 cup Cabbages

- Get 1 tsp Soya sauce
- Take 1 tsp Vinegar
- Prepare As per taste Green chilli sauce

- Get 1 tsp Garam masala
Instructions to make Veg noodles:
- Take water into dish add some salt and oil and heat the water for about 5 minutes and add the raw noodles
- Cut the vegetables as shown in the image
- Add all the veggies one by one and saute them till it becomes soft and crispy. Then add ginger garlic paste and saute it again.
- Then add salt, vinegar, red chilli sauce, green chilli sauce, soya sauce, garam masala and mix it well.
- Stir the noodles firmly on high flame.
- Garnish it with some onions and coriander.
- Serve hot with tomato sauce or ketchup.
