The ingredients needed to make Veg Noodles:
  1. Take 2 packets Noodles
  2. Get as needed Water for boiling noodles
  3. Get to taste Salt
  4. Get 2 tsp Oil
  5. Prepare 1 tsp Butter
  6. Make ready 1 cup Capsicum finely chopped
  7. Make ready 1/2 cup Carrots finely chopped
  8. Make ready 1 cup Onions finely chopped
  9. Prepare 2 tsp Soya Sauce
  10. Prepare 3 tsp Chilli Sauce
  11. Make ready 1 tsp Vinegar
Instructions to make Veg Noodles:
  1. Boil some water with little oil and salt. When the water starts boiling add the noodles to it. Boil for approximately 2-3 mins
  2. After the noodles are done immediately strain with with the help of strainer and pour some cold water over it.
  3. Once the water is strained spread the noodles in a plate and rub some oil over it to avoid sticking of noodles
  4. Now heat some oil & butter in a kadai and stir fry the vegetables. When the vegetables are almost done add the sauces & vinegar to them
  5. Add the boiled noodles to the vegetables and stir quickly to avoid sticking. Toss the noodles in the kadai well.
  6. Note - I made vegetable noodles today. You can also add some scrambled eggs to the noodles to make Egg Noodles.
