The ingredients needed to make Veg Noodles:
- Take 2 packets Noodles
- Get as needed Water for boiling noodles
- Get to taste Salt
- Get 2 tsp Oil
- Prepare 1 tsp Butter
- Make ready 1 cup Capsicum finely chopped
- Make ready 1/2 cup Carrots finely chopped
- Make ready 1 cup Onions finely chopped
- Prepare 2 tsp Soya Sauce
- Prepare 3 tsp Chilli Sauce
- Make ready 1 tsp Vinegar
Instructions to make Veg Noodles:
- Boil some water with little oil and salt. When the water starts boiling add the noodles to it. Boil for approximately 2-3 mins
- After the noodles are done immediately strain with with the help of strainer and pour some cold water over it.
- Once the water is strained spread the noodles in a plate and rub some oil over it to avoid sticking of noodles
- Now heat some oil & butter in a kadai and stir fry the vegetables. When the vegetables are almost done add the sauces & vinegar to them
- Add the boiled noodles to the vegetables and stir quickly to avoid sticking. Toss the noodles in the kadai well.
- Note - I made vegetable noodles today. You can also add some scrambled eggs to the noodles to make Egg Noodles.
