- Take 1 1/2 cup maida
- Get 1/4 cup warm water
- Prepare 1 tsp dry active yeast

- Get 50 gms Paneer cubes

- Get as required Mozzarella cheese
Instructions to make Veg pizza:
- In a bowl take maida and milk powder and mix them properly now make a well in the centre and add yeast and sugar in it and add warm water and mix it untill bubble will form,now knead this dough,knead it for at least for10 minutes initially it will be sticky but after ten minutes of kneading it will turn into soft smooth dough now in bowl add salt as per taste and add oil/ butter to it and mix it with dough properly and spread some oil in bowl and keep the dough for rising.
- After 45 mins the dough will become double in size.Punch this dough and knead it with soft hands for two to three minutes.
- Now take pizza pan add butter and spread butter on it and take this dough and spread the dough into roti shape on the pizza pan with hands now spread pizza sauce on pizza base,add cheese and vegetable,paneer on the top
- Now sprinkle more cheese on top of the veggies.
- Preheat the oven and bake the pizza at 180 degree for 20 mins,I have baked it at convection mode.
- Pizza is ready.sprinkle red chilli seasoning and oregano seasoning.
