- Take a container boil 4 cups of water. Add salt and oil to it. When the water start boiling add noodles. When half cooked strain the water. Keep it under the fan.
- Take a pan add 2 tbsp of oil. Add chopped onion garlic and ginger. saute it. Add the chopped veggies in to it. Cook then unti half cooked. Add the sauses.stir fry it. Add the black pepper powder. Add the cooked noodles. Mix them well.serve it hot.
