- In a bowl add mashed potatoes, 1/2 cup semolina, grated carrot, finely chopped onion and capsicum and grinded boiled peas and corn paste, salt as per taste, red chilli powder as per taste, pinch of maggi masala, some seasoning. Mix well the mixture.
- Now take small amount of stuffing and make a ball. Press this ball slightly make two very small same size balls for ears. Attach both parts. Teddy bear aloo cutlet shape is ready.
- Now take a pan add oil to deep fry at medium flame.
- Now add teddy bear shape uncooked cutlet in pan and deep fry till golden grown.
- Once done take out on tissue paper to soak all our from cutlet and serve with your favorite sauce
