  9. Take 100 ml olive oil
  10. Prepare 2 heaped tablespoons of dried mint
  11. Make ready 1 heaped tbsp curry powder
  12. Prepare 1 tbsp paprika sweet
  13. Take 1 EL Isot fermented peppers Preparation *
  14. Prepare 1 tbsp ground white pepper
  15. Make ready 2 teaspoons cumin
  16. Make ready to taste Chilli
  17. Get 2 teaspoons salt
  18. Get to taste Fresh parsley, very finely chopped
  19. Take 1 lettuce washed and patted dry for serving

Steps to make Vegan Çiğ köfte:
  1. For vegan Cig Köfte, put the bulgur in a large bowl and pour 1 liter of hot water over it. Stir everything with a spoon, cover with a clean kitchen towel and let soak for about 10 minutes.
  2. Add spring onions, pointed peppers, tomatoes, ground walnuts, paprika pulp, tomato paste, olive oil and spices and knead everything very well with your hands (put on gloves). If necessary, add more salt and spices to taste. Finally add the parsley and knead everything again.
  3. If the vegan Cig Köfte mass is too dry for you, pour another 150 ml of hot water (or as required) over it at the end.
  4. Now cover it up and let it rest for about 30 to 45 minutes. Moisten your hands, knead small meatballs from the mixture and serve vegan Cig Köfte with lettuce leaves.
