- Now in wok heat ghee and add water and sugar,when sugar gets melt add cardamom powder, roasted semolina and pineapple puree with yellow food colour and give it a good mix.
- Cover and cook on low medium flame for 3 to 4 minutes or until done
- Decorate with dry fruits and some pineapple chunks.
- Serve hot
