Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Top with bocconcini, pineapple, cooked prawns and chilli. Gradually whisk in the stock and bring to the boil over medium heat. Stir in pineapple, corn, beans, pepper and palm/demerara sugar and simmer for.
