Diwali is around the corner and many of you already started the preparation process like cleaning, organizing, décor so many things for the festival. In same kadai add oil heat it and add green chilli, dried red chilli, curry leaves, saute it and add cashew nuts, peanuts, coconut flakes, raisins, dried cranberries and saute for some time. Now add the corn flakes mixture in it and mix well. Do a final seasoning with dried mango powder, Sugar, black pepper and store it in an airtight container.
Instructions to make Cornflakes Dry Fruits Chivda:
- Take a fry pan
- Put some oil to pre heat
- After that take cornflakes to fry
- And remove it from pan in a bowl.
- Now roast some peanuts in same fry pan.
- Take abowl of fried cornflakes add some dry masala like.
- Red chili powder, Mango powder
- Salt Sugar powder, turmeri powder
- Now chopsome cashew, almond
- Walnuts, pista dry amla
- Coconut slice mix well
- Garnish it with catch sprinkler and roasted curry leaves.
- Cornflakes chivda is ready.
Now add the corn flakes mixture in it and mix well. Do a final seasoning with dried mango powder, Sugar, black pepper and store it in an airtight container. Cornflakes chivda is prepared from dried yellow colored flakes which are typically deep fried and then used to prepare the chivda. But here I have chosen the healthy version and used the Kellogg's corn akes cereals. Because I have used cereal, there is no need to deep fry them.
