Clean the Pineapple and cut it into small pieces. Then add the Yellow Color, Pineapple Essence, and Sugar and mix it well. - Now add chopped ginger garlic, sauté for another 1 minute then add sliced onion and sauté for a while. Next, add sliced carrot, beans, green peas and fry them until soft.
- Now add pineapple cubes, we mix it well and cook it for 30 seconds. Add salt, crushed black pepper, soya sauce, fried paneer/tofu cubes and mix well. Now add boiled rice, pineapple juice, pineapple extract and mix it well. Now add spring onion, simmer the flame and cook it for 2 minutes.
