  1. Take a cooker. Heat ghee.put cumin seed crackle than add black pepper, clove,add Ginger garlic paste mix. Add carrot.saute.
  2. Add peas.add all dry masale.Mix well.
  3. Drain rice water.mix.add 2 glass water.Mix well.
  4. Add garam masala.cover with lid.one whistle gas off.open lid. sprinkle deshi ghee.
  5. Ready to serve.
