The ingredients needed to make Veg nachos:
  1. Prepare 1 packet Any flavour nachos
  2. Make ready 1 bowl chopped capsicum
  3. Prepare 1 bowl chopped red capsicum
  4. Prepare 1 bowl cooked corn
  5. Make ready As needed Mozzarella cheese
  6. Take 1 tsp chilli flakes
  7. Get 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
  8. Prepare 1 tsp mix herbs
  9. Prepare 2 tsp tomato sauce
  10. Get to taste salt
Instructions to make Veg nachos:
  1. Mix all the vegetables and spices.
  2. Take one plate which can be used in a kadhai for baking. And arranged nachos into them.
  3. Now spread mixture of vegetables on the top of it nicely and cover it with mozzarella cheese (due to shortage of mozzarella here I added cube one).
  4. Now place it in kadhai carefully. And keep it for 10 min on medium flame.
  5. Vegetable cheese nachos ready for IPL.
