The ingredients needed to make Veg Momos:
  1. Prepare 1 Cup Maida
  2. Prepare 1 Cup Mixed Veg (cabbage, capsicum, orange carrot)
  3. Get 1 medium sized Onion
  4. Take 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  5. Take as required All Spices including Salt
  6. Make ready as needed Oil
Steps to make Veg Momos:
  1. In a big bowl, mix maida add 1tbsp Oil Salt, knead the mixture and cover it with muslin cloth for 20 mins.
  2. In a Pan/Kadai put Oil when heating put finely chopped Onions saute for a few minutes and then put finely chopped Vegs,saute for a while then put ginger garlic paste add all Spices including Salt and cover for 10minutes in low flame
  3. From the Dough make small and thin roti in roti chakla and put Vegs stuffing inside in Momos and Steam in the steamer for 20 minutes it's done.
  4. Lastly, serve with sauce.
