- And cover it and rest for abt 19 min..
- Then after 10 min take a dough and take one piece in a small nimbu size dough..and roll it like a thin chapati.then take 1 tbsp of mix in it..and pleates like your saree..and tighly secure it with the help of your hand..in a meanwhile take a very tiny dough and aur<ll it on a board like a rope..then tigh on a potli
- Then take a woke add oil heat it up when oil is enough hot fry our potli samosa on low to medium flame till it become in golden in colour..it take 15-20 min..after 20 min remove on a plate and cool down and store it for 2 month and enjoy it with a cup of tea☕
