- Now flip the breast side and add garlic cloves in the pan (make sure to break em). And let it sizzle for another 4-5 min at medium heat.

- Melt the butter within the same pan. Once done add your onions and sliced mushroom in it and let the onions caramelize. Mid way add your heavy cream and let the sauce get consistency by simmering it for 3-4 min.
- Add your breast back in to the pan and use your spoon to pour the sauce over the breast.
- Now add your pan to the pre-heated oven for no more than 4 min.
