- Take a pan, add milk boil it for 2 minutes. Now take another 2 spoon milk, add custard powder
- Add ghee, then custard mixture and milkmaid. mix it well.cook it until it will thick or half
- Lower the gas flame, add coconut powder. mix it and take a pot, grease it with ghee.
- Now when it becomes like a smooth dough. switch off the gas flame and put it in the pan.
- With the help of spatula set it well and garnish with badam. cut it into pieces. our desiccated coconut burfi is ready now. leave it for 30 minutes to cool.
- Now cut into pieces of your choice serve it.very tasty. try this
Keep the pan on stove and start stirring on medium flame. If the milk boils over, try to reduce the flame to low for a couple of minutes and increase the flame again. The coconut burfi had a melt in the mouth soft texture. You can also make coconut ladoos with the same mixture.
