The ingredients needed to make Veg pulao:
- Make ready 1 cup rice
- Take 1 cup paneer
- Get 1/2 cup soya wadi
- Get 1/2 cup matar
- Make ready 1/2 cup carrot
- Get 1 small onion chopped
- Prepare 1 Bay leaf
- Take 2 cardamom
- Take 4-5 blackpapper
- Get 4-5 clove
- Get 1 tsp Garam masala powder
- Take to taste Salt

- Take As needed Coriander leaves
Steps to make Veg pulao:
- Boil soya wadi with little salt, fry and keep aside. Soak rice for 15 minutes.
- Cut panner in small cubes, fry and keep aside.
- In the same pan add oil / ghee on medium flame, put bay leaf and other whole dry masala and allow then to splutter.
- Now add chopped onion and fry for 2 to 3 minutes, add matar and soute for few sec.
- Add soaked rice, garam masala, salt and saute for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Now add soya wadi, panner, coriander leaves mix it well3add 2.5 cup water, cover and Cook for 10 minutes on low flame.
- After 10 minutes check the pulao, mix it genly with a fork, cover and let it 5 minutes in rest. After 5 minutes garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with any raita of your choice.
