- Heat oil in Kadai. Add cumin seeds, 1 small stick cinnamon, 2 green cardamom and 1 cloves. Let it crackle for a few minutes. Then add all the vegetables. Saute it for a few minutes. Add all the dry masala. Green chilli, ginger, garlic and coconut paste. Cook till the masala coated with vegetables.
- Add water as needed. Cover and cook till it becomes gravy. Once it is done. Add coconut milk. Boil till it becomes gravy. Once it is done. Switch of the flame.
