- First, we have to take a bowl add milk powder, coconut, powder sugar and elaichi powder mix and knead add milk as required.
- Divide into two equal parts, add pink food colour in one part and mix well. Place aluminium foil, grease with ghee, flatten the dough in Rectangular shape, keep aside. Grease another aluminium foil with ghee. Flatten the dough in Rectangular shape.
- Place one on top of others. Remove upper aluminum foil. Roll into a cylindrical shape.
- Garnish with chopped pista, wrap with aluminium foil.
- Refrigerator for 1 hour. After one hr.remove the foil. Cut in slices. Ready our yummy Coconut Roll.
