  2. Make ready 2 carrot chopped
  3. Take 1 capsicum chopped

  8. Prepare 1/4 cup Tomato sauce

  13. Make ready 4 tsp oil
Instructions to make Veg Noodles:
  1. First put kadai on gas add more than half water in kadai & hv boil
  2. Now add noodles1/4 of packet. Some Salt & 1 spoon oil let them to boil.when 80 percent boiled strain noodles in strainer
  3. Now put another kadai on gas.put 4_5 spoon oil then add vegetables on high flame.first onion carrot then all veg sorte till 50 percent add salt sauces & maggi masala.
  4. Now mix all noodles & mix well & heat up 2_3 min so they mix well & sauces covered on all noodles.ready to serve.
