- Mix everything well the mixture should be non sticky and must not be soggy. Take small portion of this and make small patties.
- Place it on bread crumbs make sure that patty is coated with bread crumbs both sides
- Heat oil in small pan and shallow fry, lastly flip the cutlet other side and fry until golden
