The ingredients needed to make Dry Masala Mushroom:
  1. Prepare 250 gms button mushrooms
  2. Make ready 2 big onions
  3. Prepare 1tsp Ginger paste
  4. Take 1 tsp garlic paste
  5. Prepare 1/2 tsp Turmeric
  6. Take 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
  7. Make ready 1/2 tsp chilli powder
  8. Get 2 tsp garam masala
  9. Take according to taste Salt

Heat a kadai with oil, add ginger and garlic and saute till they soften. Add in onions and bell peppers and saute till the onions turn translucent. Clean the mushrooms with paper towel and cut them to pieces. Heat oil in a deep bottomed vessel and add the fresh masala or ready made garam masala and a tsp of cumin seeds.

Instructions to make Dry Masala Mushroom:
  1. Take a pan, add one spoon of oil and heat it, add 1 teaspoon cumin seeds and splutter it.
  2. Add chopped Mushroom and fry it for 2 minutes and remove this fry Mushroom in a separate pot.
  3. Now, add some oil to a pan and heat it. Add ginger, garlic, and onion paste and fry it till its color becomes golden.
  4. Add garam masala, turmeric powder, chilli powder, and salt (as per taste) and mix it smoothly and heat for further 5 minutes.
  5. Now, add that Mushroom and fry it for further 5 minutes on a low heat flame. Stop the flame. Now, your "Dry Masala Mushroom" is ready.

Clean the mushrooms with paper towel and cut them to pieces. Heat oil in a deep bottomed vessel and add the fresh masala or ready made garam masala and a tsp of cumin seeds. When they splutter add the onions and fry till they become translucent. Heat the olive oil in a saucepan. Add the garlic, rosemary, and mushrooms along with a small splash of the Marsa wine (reserve the rest for later).
