- All vege fry in oil & put them a side Now add jeera & bay leave roast it
- Now add chopped garlic & roughly chopped onion roast it till light brown add salt mirchi powder
- Clove & black pepper roast it & now add tomato puree
- Cover it & boil it on low flame after boiling water very well add soaked rice
- Cook it on low mid flame check it 1 or time when we feel rice cooked soon
- Add fried vege & mix it well cover it with lid & leave for 2 min on flame
- Now off the flame & cover it for lid & a thick cloth add garam masala
- Add fried kaju its ready to eat serve it hot hot delicious recipe
