Instructions to make Dry soya champ:
- Put the curd into a bowl. Put Kashmiri red chilli powder, chaat masala, kasuri methi, black salt, Cumin seeds powder and salt as per taste in the curd. Mix them well
- Now put half tablespoon of garam masala 1 tablespoon of pudina powder half tablespoon of black pepper and 2 tablespoon of melted butter. Mixed dam to make marinate. Now add half teaspoon haldi powder and 2 tablespoon of fresh cream.
- Take three pieces of champ, wash them properly with clean water and cut the champ into two ways firstly in a long way and secondly a small round shape.
- Now add cut pieces of jump into the mixture and mix them by using hands.let them to soak for this cover it with the lid for 30 minutes.
- Take two to three long sticks and screwed these terms in to the sticks. Put this pics on direct flame of the gas stove and heat it until it becomes becomes dark red.
- Now again coat the champ with melted butter and then heat it for 1 to 3 minutes on the direct flame of gas stove.
