- Prepare 200 gms noodles
- Prepare 3 tbsp oil

Instructions to make Veg noodles:
- Firstly in a large vessel take water,salt,1 TSP oil once the water comes to a boil add noodles and boil.Drain off the water from noodles.Drizzle 1 TSP oil and mix gently (oil avoids noodles from sticking to each other)
- Now in a large kadai heat 2 TSP oil and saute vegetable until veggies are cooked
- Add sauces,pepper powder,chilli powder, salt.stir fry until sauces are well combined.add boiled and mix gently.
- Toss and mix until noodles are cooked completley
- Ready to serve
