Steps to make Veg Pulao:
  1. In a pressure cooker heat ghee. Add whole spices and cumin seeds. Saute it for few seconds. Add green chilli, ginger, pea and onions. Saute on low medium heat till peas become soft.
  2. Add carrot, capsicum and all the masala. Mix it well.
  3. Add soaked rice and kasuri methi. Saute it for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Add 1.5 glass water and lemon juice in it. Close the lid of pressure cooker. Cook it for a whistle. Turn off the flame.
  5. Veg pulav is ready to serve.
