  4. After cooling, place the nuts and oats to a grinder.
  5. Also place chopped dates, figs, and flax seeds.
  6. Pulse everything to make a coarse mixture.
  7. Heat 2 tablespoons of ghee to a heavy-bottomed pan.
  8. Put all the coarsely grounded mixture into the ghee.
  9. Fry in medium heat by stirring continuously for 5 minutes.
  10. Now add condensed milk and stir well to mix. Cook on low heat for 3-4 minutes. Dates and figs will become a little softer.
  11. When the mixture becomes sticky and lumpy, remove it from heat and start making ladoos taking lime size portion of the mixture.
  12. Shape nicely and roll to pistachio powder. Ladoo is ready. Note that you have to make the ladoos when they are warm enough to stick together.
  13. Similarly make all the ladoos, roll them to pistachio powder and place them to a tray or dish. I kept each ladoo on cup cake liner.
  14. You can srore these delicious, power packed ladoos for 2-3 days in a air tight container.
