  15. Get 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
  16. Prepare 1 tbsp grated ginger
  17. Prepare 1 tbsp. ginger garlic paste

  2. Then in a pan add 2 tbsp oil. Fry these marinated chicken pieces into low to medium flame until change it's colour.
  3. Now take them out. Keep a pan with 1 tbsp of oil. After heat up add chopped garlic, green chilies, grated ginger saute them for 30 sec.
  4. Now add cubes onion, yellow, red, orange, green bell peppers cook for 1 min. Let them be crunchy in taste. Then add fried chicken.
  5. Keep your flame on high. Add 1 tbsp soya sauce, 2 tbsp tomato ketchup, 2 pinches of salt. Mix everything well.
  6. Now add chopped coriander leaves..give them a final mix. Switch off the flame. Serve hot and enjoy.
