The ingredients needed to make Veg Momos:
  1. Make ready 250 gms Cabbage finely chopped
  2. Take 1 carrot grated
  3. Prepare 1.5 cup Flour
  4. Prepare 2 tbsp Oil
  5. Get 6-8 Crush garlic cloves
  6. Get 1 tbsp Soya sauce
  7. Take 2-3 Chopped green chillies
  8. Make ready 1/2 tsp Cumin powder
  9. Take 1/2 tsp Black pepper powder
  10. Make ready As per taste Salt
  11. Make ready 2 tbsp Mayyonisse
  12. Get 1 tsp Apple cider /white vinegar
  13. Prepare as required Water for dough
Steps to make Veg Momos:
  1. Take flour in a bowl add salt and enough water to knead medium soft dough. Heat oil in a deep pan put crushed garlic, chopped chili fry them until garlic turn light golden in color, add chopped cabbage in it saute for a couple of seconds.
  2. Add grated carrot mix well. Add 1 tsp apple cider (or white vinegar), soya sauce, salt, pepper powder, cumin powder saute for couple of seconds.
  3. Add 2 tbsp mayyonisse give it a quick mix and turn off the flam. Make small size of puri (as thin as possible) put ready mixture (mixture should be cool completely) into it and make mommos.
  4. Heat 1tbsp of oil in a pan. put stuff momos in it n fry for few seconds till momos turn golden downside. as shown in the picture. Add 1/3 cup of water to it.
  5. Cover the pan with a lid and cook on low flame for 2 mins. after 2 minutes add more 1/4 cup of water in pan cover and cook more 2 minutes till momos Cooked properly. Serve with shezwan and mayyonisse dip.
