  1. Put oil in cooker and heat it then put cumin seed,jeera and then add vegetable(onion,tomato,potato, green chilli) fry it properly.
  2. The put all masala in it add salt,garam masala,then put 2 glass water in it then put khichdi and tuwer dal in it,put some coriander leaves and mix it.
  3. Cover the cooker then after 4 whistle,vegetable khichdi is ready serve it with papad.
