- Add the dried cabbage to a mixing bowl, add chopped ginger, chopped green chilli, the gram flour and salt to taste. Mix well.
- Shape the ready mixture into small balls, deep dry in hot oil until golden brown. Set aside.
- Heat oil in a pan, add the diced veggies, saute. Add the fried cabbage balls.
- Add the water, you can mix little cornflour in it. Bring to a boil, simmer for 2-3 mins. Add salt.
- Garnish with spring onion. Serve with rice, noodles or roti.
