  2. Take 1.5 cup rice

  8. Prepare 3 chopped potatoes

  14. Take 2 tbsp Red chilli powder
  15. Make ready 1 tbsp cumin seeds

Steps to make Veg Biryani:
  1. Wash the rice and soak it for 20 minutes.
  2. Then boil the rice for 15-20 minutes.
  3. After boiling rice drain all the water and kept aside.
  4. Then chop and wash all the vegetables.
  5. Then boil peas for 20 minutes.
  6. Take a kadai and add oil and cumin seeds and saute for a minute.
  7. Then add chopped onions, potatoes and ginger and saute for a minute.
  8. Add chopped carrots and capsicum and saute for a minute.
  9. Add cauliflower and saute for a minute and mix all the vegetables very well.
  10. Then add chopped tomato and mix well and saute for 10-15 minutes
  11. Then add salt, red chilli powder and black pepper and mix well.
  12. Then add 3-4 tbsp of water and mix well. And cook it till all the vegetables are properly cooked.
  13. Then add boiled peas and mix well.
  14. Then add boiled rice and mix well.
  15. Serve hot.
