- Keep stirring and after 10min sugar will dissolve completely.
- Add cardamom powder and mix
- After 15min it will start leaving pan
- Switch of flame.
- Grease a tray and put butter paper
- Transfer coconut mixture to greased tray and spread evenly
- Add chopped cashew and almonds and leave untouched for 10min
- Cut pieces and serve.
- Coconut burfi is ready
Keep the pan on stove and start stirring on medium flame. If the milk boils over, try to reduce the flame to low for a couple of minutes and increase the flame again. The coconut burfi had a melt in the mouth soft texture. You can also make coconut ladoos with the same mixture.
