  2. Prepare 1 tbsp Garlic and Red chilli powder paste
  3. Take 1 tbsp coriander powder

  5. Prepare leaves Few curry
  6. Make ready to taste Salt
  7. Get leaves Few coriander
  8. Make ready as required Oil
  9. Make ready 1/2 cup besan
  10. Prepare 1 pinch asfoitida

The only preparation required is to soak and boil kala chana. The first step to successfully cooking with dried chickpeas is to soak and rehydrate the beans properly. To freeze cooked chickpeas, pat them dry then place in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or foil.   1. Soak chana overnight and boiled it in cooker.
  2. Take a pan, add oil, garlic and red chilli paste, asfoitida, turmeric powder and curry leaves. Mix it properly. Add coriander powder
  3. Add boiled chana in that. Add salt and cover it. Let it cook for some time.
  4. After some time add besan in it.
  5. Mix it properly. Cook till it become dry. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve with Rice and Kadhi.
