- Prepare 1 tbsp Garlic and Red chilli powder paste

To freeze cooked chickpeas, pat them dry then place in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or foil. Instructions to make Chana dry:
- Soak chana overnight and boiled it in cooker.
- Take a pan, add oil, garlic and red chilli paste, asfoitida, turmeric powder and curry leaves. Mix it properly. Add coriander powder
- Add boiled chana in that. Add salt and cover it. Let it cook for some time.
- After some time add besan in it.
- Mix it properly. Cook till it become dry. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve with Rice and Kadhi.
