- Take 1 medium sized onion, finely chopped

Instructions to make Veg pulao:
- Wash rice and soak it in water for 10 mins.
- Heat oil in pressure cookrt on low flame. Add bay leaf, cinnamon, clove, saute fo 30 sec
- Add onion and saute until it turns light brown. Add chopped tomato, greenpeas, kaju, french beans, carrot.
- Stir fry them for 3 mins.
- Add soaked rice,garam masala, red chilli powder and salt.
- Add 1cup water mix well.
- Close lid and cook over med. Flame for 2 whistels.
- Let it cool at room temp. Until pressure inside cooker comes down naturally.
- Serve them.
