  1. Get 1/2 cup rice
  2. Take 1 medium sized onion, finely chopped
  3. Prepare 1 small tomato, finely chopped

  7. Get 1/4 small carrot
  8. Get 1 small bay leaf

  13. Prepare 2 tbspn coriander leaves
  14. Take 2 tbsp oil
  15. Make ready 1 cup water

Instructions to make Veg pulao:
  1. Wash rice and soak it in water for 10 mins.
  2. Heat oil in pressure cookrt on low flame. Add bay leaf, cinnamon, clove, saute fo 30 sec
  3. Add onion and saute until it turns light brown. Add chopped tomato, greenpeas, kaju, french beans, carrot.
  4. Stir fry them for 3 mins.
  5. Add soaked rice,garam masala, red chilli powder and salt.
  6. Add 1cup water mix well.
  7. Close lid and cook over med. Flame for 2 whistels.
  8. Let it cool at room temp. Until pressure inside cooker comes down naturally.
  9. Serve them.
