  1. Take 2 bowl poha
  2. Get 1 potatao chopped
  3. Get 1 onion chopped
  4. Take 1 tomato chopped

  8. Get 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  9. Get 1/4 tsp maggie mesala

Instructions to make Veg poha:
  1. Wash poha and drain excess water and keep in sieve.
  2. Heat cooking oil in a wok. Add mustard seeds and when mustard seeds splutter add potatoes, Bellpepper, tomato, green chilli and mix well. Add salt, red chilli powder and turmeric powder, mix and cover it and for 5 minutes on low flame.
  3. Now add salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, sugar and Maggi magic masala and mix. Squeeze half lemon and mix.
  4. Add poha and mix well.
  5. Serve hot poha with sauce or chutney.
