  2. Take 500 gram vegetable
  3. Get 2 Chopped green chilli,

  7. Get as per taste salt,
  8. Prepare as required Soya sauce, chilli sauce,vinegar,
Steps to make Veg Momo:
  1. Wash all vegetable and chopped into small pieces.
  2. For stuffing-Take a pan heat a pan add some oil add chopped garlic,ginger, green chilli fry until it came little brown now add chopped vegetable cook little not much add salt as per taste. Add chilli sauce soya sauce cumin seed black pepper powder.
  3. Now make loi for momos. Roll it n make it puri size.now add stuffing in puri and give design as per own choice.now take idli maker add water in idli maker on plates keep all momos and cook it 10minute with cover
  4. Now serve momos with sechwan chutney.😊😊😊
