  11. Take 1 cup jaggery
  12. Get to taste Salt

This is prepared without any watery chutneys, so it stays dry and crispy. Because of that it is called dry bhel or sukha bhel. To prepare dry bhel, take a large bowl and combine puffed rice, potatoes, onions, masala dal, roasted peanuts, roasted chana, raw mangoes, cumin seed powder, red chilli powder, nylon sev, papdi and lemon juice along with sukha chutney and mix everything well. Our roadside sukha bhel is ready!

Instructions to make Bhel (Dry):
  1. Collect all ingredients together.
  2. Take a big vessel. Add chopped onion and tomato. Add red chuteny and green chutney. Add salt and roasted peanuts. Mix it well
  3. Add roasted murmura. Add roasted peanuts. (I avoided fried Peanuts but if you like fried, you can add). Mix it well and gently.
  4. Sweet chuteny option is completely optional. I didn't add but I have mentioned here as some people like sweet chuteny. For that - soak tamarind and jaggery together in lukewarm water. Sieve it together. Add salt. Some people add red chilli powder too. This is completely optional and your choice.

To prepare dry bhel, take a large bowl and combine puffed rice, potatoes, onions, masala dal, roasted peanuts, roasted chana, raw mangoes, cumin seed powder, red chilli powder, nylon sev, papdi and lemon juice along with sukha chutney and mix everything well.
